“My Life, My Quit” (MLMQ) is a free text-based service for teens ages 13-17 looking to quit vaping or tobacco use. One side of the card focuses on the tobacco industry’s practices used to attract teens and how nicotine affects the brain. The other side of the card provides details about the MLMQ services.

These bookmark cards can be shared with teens, parents and those working with teens, and they can either be displayed in the Healthy Youth Initiative brochure holder or on their own.

Display location ideas: Schools, vo-techs, doctors’ office, dentists’ offices and teen centers.
